RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Sales are final. Most of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchange.

Awww Creates reserves the right to final decision.
Customers will have FIVE (5) business days from the received date of item(s) to contact us via email regarding defective item(s). If customers exceeds the 5 day policy, after the item(s) was received and to notify Awww creates about any defects on the product(s), Awww Creates will no longer responsible for the product. However, we do understand that there might be special exceptions. The Awww Creates staff and ownership will pay careful attention to the circumstances and make decisions based on the facts received.
Awww Creates will ship back the replacement to the customer, once the defective item(s) is returned to us and upon our examination that the defectiveness is under our responsibility. An agreed substitution may take place, only if the returned item(s) is out of stock. Awww Creates is not responsible for the replacement and refund to a false report. In the event of a dispute, Awww Creates reserves the right to final decision.

Returns received more than 5 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.

We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order.

Items must not be damaged.

Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description.

Evaluation process may take up to 14 days from receipt.
